Senior HR Advisor

Reed HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager to join our client on a full time, permanent basis.

Work Arrangement: Office-based, Monday to Friday 

The role:

We are seeking a stand-alone Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our client’s dynamic and sociable organisation near Epsom in Surrey. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the HR function, providing strategic and operational support across the business.

About you:

• Proven experience in an HR advisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
