Free Parking | Office-Based with Occasional UK TravelOur well-established client is looking for a personable, technically minded and knowledgeable Technical Sales Representative to join their small, friendly team.This is a great opportunity for someone with an electrical background or strong technical understanding of test and measurement equipment who is also comfortable communicating with customers, guiding them through hardware and software-related queries.?? Your Key Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance and support to customers, especially those with electrical queriesAssist with product usage, comparison of testers, and software/firmware troubleshootingUse screensharing tools to walk customers through product setups and diagnosticsSupport Distributors and Wholesalers, helping them understand the value and function of productsBuild long-term relationships with customers and offering a professional, solutions-focused serviceHandle product enquiries efficiently via phone, email, or screenshareOccasionally travel to customer sites and events across the UK (with some overnight stays)?? Requirements:Electrical knowledge or experience (ideal for electricians looking to transition to a technical desk-based role)Strong IT skills - comfortable using software and supporting remote troubleshooting via screen shareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're friendly, clear, and professionalPrevious experience working with Distributors and Wholesalers (a bonus)Strong organisational and administrative abilitiesA proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a supportive team settingWillingness to travel occasionally and represent the business professionally on the road??
