Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are looking for a new Funding Administrator to join their team.
Working with a team which is responsible for providing a variety of funding options to their network, this is a busy role requiring high levels of attention to detail and strong Excel skills.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Setting up and maintaining account details
- Creating agreements
- Setting up and maintaining account credit limits
- Preparing management reports
- Build strong relationships via telephone and email
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous administration experience within a commercial environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and V/X-lookups
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at al levels
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
