- Handling a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing files independently with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Providing practical, clear, and timely advice to clients
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload with a high level of autonomy
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
