The RoleThe successful candidate will:

  • Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
  • Lead on complex matters, supervise junior team members, and contribute to team profitability
  • Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, including developing a personal following
  • Collaborate across departments in line with the wider business development strategy
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach in line with the firm's values

Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive (ideally 6+ years PQE)
