My client is a highly respected law firm, established nearNew Malden, Surrey. Due to on-going growth, they are now seeking aSenior Private Client Solicitor (4-year plus PQE) to join their law firm.

Position Overview:
- Overseeing junior members of the Private client Team, (currently consisting of 3x fee earners plus support staff)
- Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
- Dealing with Trust Administration and the administration of estates
- Providing tax advice to a range of clients
- Running your own case-load & reporting to the leads in the team
- Providing legal advice to clients in stressful situations
- Keeping up to date with any changes in the law
- Maintsin and nurture existing relationships with valued clients whilst developing new connections
- Maintain organised and up to date files, adhering to the firms policies
Position Requirements:
- 4years + PQE Private Client Solicitor
- Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment
- Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic, and works well under pressure
- Experience in running your own case-load
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Position Remuneration
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
