Are you a Solicitor hungry for personal development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is looking for someone to become an integral part of their commercial property team. You will be supported to mature as a solicitor and engage in business development to build your own network.
Key Responsibilities of the Solicitor Commercial Property:
- Grants and assignments of leases
- Sales and purchases
- Property finance
- Options and development matters
- Independent legal advice matters
Personal specifications for the Solicitor Commercial Property:
- 1-2 years PQE
- Great organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- IT skills essential
- High level of client care
- Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential)
