Job Summary:

This role involves leading and developing a team of six, coaching them and identifying growth opportunities. The position focuses on managing and improving departmental processes, service levels, and internal/external relationships - particularly with fleet partners, commercial teams, and the network - to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 6.

  • Drive process and service level improvements within the department.

  • Manage key relationships across fleet, commercial, network, and internal teams.

  • Use data to support performance reporting and identify service enhancements.

  • Support the Localisation Manager with commercial reviews and reporting.

  • Understand and improve the full order progression journey from partner to end driver.

Required Experience:

  • Strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record of driving change.

  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

  • Experience in relationship/account management.

  • Customer-focused, data-driven, and self-motivated.

  • A-levels required.

Desirable

  • An understanding of the fleet industry and broker markets

  • Ability to use coaching skills to support and develop team members
