Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and document archiving
- Provide photocopying, scanning, and general administrative support
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Welcome visitors and ensure a positive front-of-house experience
- Keep reception and meeting areas tidy and well presented
- Run errands and assist with day-to-day office tasks as needed
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role
- Warm, professional manner with strong communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing varied tasks
- Computer literate and comfortable with common office systems
- GCSEs in Maths and English essential
- Degree-level education desirable but not required
