Background –
Exciting Practice Manager opportunity with a very forward-thinking and progressive GP Practice in Epsom. Help run a smooth operation for a local community of patients. Make a difference in a practice that is renowned for delivering high quality patient care.
Your role will involve a wide variety of duties and responsibilities from efficient service delivery, supporting GP Partners in decision making and business planning, overseeing patient care initiatives and collaborate with the PCN to managing HR, leading recruitment and training, etc, risk and compliance and overseeing the IT infrastructure. The partners are very supportive and are looking for an experienced Manager with Primary Care experience to take the reigns. They would also be open to a forward thinking Assistant Manager who is looking to take a step up into a Practice Manager position.
Salary – £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

Your role –
- Practice Manager, Full-time over 5 days
- Manage the day-to-day running of the surgery and drive the practice forward
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be involved in HR, business planning, CQC, recruitment, IT, compliance, patient care, etc.
- Keep taking the surgery from strength to strength
