The Company/Team: A highly professional Financial Services company, having expanded healthily over the last few years. A very ethical business, genuine onus on looking after customers with a positive, professional and friendly feel within the offices. A team of 8 people, all responsible for the management and content of their three websites and a suite of more than 400 items of literature.

The Role: The Marketing Coordinator role is a 6-month fixed term contract that gives you the chance to add valuable marketing experience to your cv. The responsibilities include:

  • Manage the marketing in-box, taking responsibility for taking any actions, raising issues higher when necessary and replying to all messages promptly.
  • Managing the Marketing Departments invoicing and accruals.
  • Assist the Marketing Executives in updating and/or creating marketing materials, including design, proofing, production and distribution.
  • Support frequent/business critical product launches, withdrawals & updates across mortgages and savings products, updating literature and web content within tight time-scales.
  • Assist in the updating and content generation of the three websites.
  • Create and send out regular broker communications such as mortgage product launches.
  • Assist on projects such as customer and broker research and broker promotional campaigns.

Skills / Experience Required: For this Marketing Coordinator role you should have an interest in marketing, ideally some previous office experience and our client is very open to considering recent graduates/school leavers. You should be able to multi-task, work as part of a team and independently, be able to prioritise with excellent accuracy and written/communication skills.

Additional Information: Salary for the Marketing Coordinator role is £24,000 - £25,000 with free car parking within a lovely working environment, a progressive business with a track record of training and developing people. Please apply below.
