Mobile Painter / Multi Trade

RG SetSquare are looking for an experienced Mobile Painter / Multi Trader for our Social Housing Client to cover the Epsom area performing property maintenance on social housing / Void properties.

Duties

• Performing Painter / Decorator maintenance on social housing / Void properties
• Painting Walls,Floors & Ceiling
• Wall Preparing / Vinyl Flooring / Patch Work.
• Internal & External.
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance works.
• Liaising with planning team re/ jobs.

Package

• 22 Per Hour UMBRELLA
• Long Contract to Mid 2026
• Company Van and Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3 years (required)
• Social Housing Maintenance: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
