We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team working in an acute medical setting, primarily focusing on frailty, medical, and Acute Medical Unit (AMU) patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT input as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide discharge planning support, including assessment and intervention
• Work efficiently across a rapid assessment framework
• Support patients through rehabilitation and recovery in a care of the elderly setting

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated experience in acute medical, care of the elderly, rehabilitation, or rapid assessment environments
• Strong general OT skills, particularly around discharge planning
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
