Our client is a leading global environmental business, headquartered in Surrey, seeking a Product Manager to be the driving force behind our product portfolio, with a strong focus on customer SaaS applications. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs, drive business growth, and deliver real environmental impact.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to contribute to a cause that matters.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Manager

  • Define and communicate product roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback, and business strategy
  • Own product lifecycle and commercial performance, including P&L and ROI tracking
  • Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Shape solutions that meet customer needs, utilising the full product suite
  • Maintain clear, accessible product documentation and sales collateral
  • Prioritise development in line with strategic goals using tools like Jira
  • Support tenders and business development with market and product insights
  • Monitor KPIs to drive product improvement and innovation

What You Bring as Product Manager

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in tech, telecoms, IoT, or related sectors
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven, strategic mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and product tools like Jira

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of wireless communications (GPRS, NB-IoT, LTE-M)
  • Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, SDI-12)
  • Background in telemetry, IT networks, IoT or cybersecurity for critical infrastructure
