Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of either the Highgate or Epsom care home project from preconstruction through to completion
- Manage programme, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate design, commercial, and site teams to achieve targets
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance are at the forefront at all times
- Act as the key point of contact for the client and project stakeholders
