We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for a Project Manager in Epsom, Surrey. This will be on a 200 unit, traditional build and RC frame project, where they are looking for a strong lead manager to take the project from start to finish.
As Project Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover. Our client has many traditional build projects across Surrey and London and strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
- Oversee the whole build process.
Requirements Project Manager:
- Understand the whole build process.
- Taken multiple projects from start to finish
- Hard worker who wants to prove themselves to progress up the ladder.
