What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally and efficiently
Coordinating maintenance and repair works

Liaising with contractors and third-party suppliers
Keeping up to date with training and legislation

Previous experience in residential Property Management

Confident team player with a professional attitude
Willingness to keep up to date with training and industry changes
Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
