Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Oversee subcontractor engagement from tender to payment
- Produce monthly CVRs and cost forecasts
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure profitability and cost control
- Liaise with the client and consultants on all commercial matters
You'll be part of a well-established, financially secure contractor delivering technically demanding RC frame and basement projects. They value strong client relationships, professional delivery, and supporting their teams with the tools and mentorship to excel.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a QS on RC frame/basement projects
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge (JCT preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- £70k-£90k salary + travel allowance + benefits
- Long-term role with a healthy pipeline of work
