Sales Negotiator - Epsom

Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 + Commission

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or continue a successful career in residential property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers

• Conducting property viewings with professionalism and confidence

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Assisting with property marketing and bringing new instructions to market

• Maintaining accurate records and following up leads promptly

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential sales or a strong customer-facing role (estate agency experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Knowledge of the Epsom property market is advantageous but not essential
