As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to succeed in the competitive world of executive search. You'll work alongside experienced headhunters, gaining exposure to C-level talent acquisition, business development, and strategic hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Support senior consultants in identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates

Conduct market research and build target company maps

Write compelling job briefs and candidate profiles

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals

Conduct initial screening calls and interviews

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data

Assist in client reporting, candidate shortlisting, and coordination of interviews

Over time, begin building your own client relationships and managing search assignments

A recent graduate (any discipline) with a 2:1 or above (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
