Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
Salary: Basic up to £50,000
Commutable: Wimbledon, Epsom, Staines, Chessington
An exciting new role for a Mechanically Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer has arisen for a large FMCG/GMP Company. This is an exciting time to join the business as the company a going through substantial growth and are investing heavily into their site. For this role they will look at a Mechanical Bias Engineer with Electrical skills that have worked in a Food, Manufacturing, FMCG environment where you can demonstrate your experience working in GMP/ Good manufacturing practice environment. Health & safety is a big focus for the business, and they are looking for people to join them through this exciting journey.
Skills required for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Must hold a Mechanical Engineering Qualifications and have some Electrical Knowledge, Experience or Qualifications.
- Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical Bias (70% Mechanical, 30% Electrical)
- Have mechanical fault-find, repair and breakdown experience as well as some form of electrical experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, Food, Pharmaceutical, Process, GMP environment.
- Ideally worked on continuous improvement projects.
- Proactive attitude and willing to learn new skills
- Must be happy to work a rotating shift of days and nights (4on 4off)
