Mobile Plumber / Multi Trade Social Housing Voids

RG SetSquare are looking for an experienced Mobile Plumber / Multi Trade for our Social Housing Client to cover the Epsom area performing property maintenance on social housing / Void properties.

Duties

• Performing Plumber maintenance on social housing / Void properties
• Tap change / Bath change / Pipework / WC change / Waste Blockage / Kitchen Work
• Internal & External Work
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance works.
• Liaising with planning team re/ jobs.

Package

• 23 Per Hour UMBRELLA
• Long Contract to Mid 2026
• Company Van and Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday 40 hours Per Week

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Experience:

• Plumber: 3 years (required)
• desirable Social Housing Maintenance

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
