Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Working independently or as part of a small team
Liaising with tenants, residents, and supervisors to ensure smooth job completion
Proven experience in fitting kitchens and bathrooms (minimum 3 years)
Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, and tiling
Own tools and valid UK driving licence (company van may be provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Good communication and customer service skills
CSCS card preferred (but not essential)
Day rate to start then once settled in will move over to price er job
