 SEN Teacher – Alternative Provision Erith Temp to Perm £214–£304 per day SEN2 allowance

We are working on behalf of an exciting new school provision in Erith, seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time role (8:30am – 4:00pm), offered on a temp-to-perm contract with competitive daily rates from £214 to £304 per day, plus SEN2 allowance.

The school is an Alternative Provision dedicated to supporting students who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Conditions.

About the role:
 Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
-  Deliver engaging and differentiated learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH and SEND
-  Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment to support behaviour and well-being
-  Work as part of a skilled and supportive team

About you:
-  A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) – ideally with a primary teaching background
-  Experience working with students with SEMH, ADHD and Autism
-  Knowledge of SEND strategies and a flexible, trauma-informed approach
-  Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusion
