Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, has an opportunity for an Operational Supervisor to join the team covering London locations with the base office located in Erith, DA8.
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site management and supervision of Multi Trade activities, driving productivity by effective resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives (DLO's), and subcontractors of Multi Trades, ensuring high quality, timely and safe works order contract delivery and client/customer liaison and satisfaction.
You will ensure adherence to company process and administration systems, which includes maintaining documented records and reporting daily, weekly, monthly on performance related activities such as Health & Safety, inductions, method, risk & COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, quality audits/inspections.
You must be:
- IT competent
- Have a clean, full UK driving licence - company van provided
- Experience in multi trades and supervisory skills
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferable
- Have experience of overseeing a team of operatives within planned maintenance and reactive emergency works (Local Authority/Social Housing sector including occupied homes and voids a distinct advantage.)
