Responsibilities:
- Processing orders using CRM System and Excel
- Responding to phone and email queries in a professional manner
- Liaising with clients, maintaining detailed records on CRM
- Fulfilment of orders and claims using current suppliers
- Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of bespoke orders
- Maintain supplier relationships, updating CRM with accounting and pricing.
- Assist in other areas of the company as required
Skills:
- Experience in a similar administrative role preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Confident communicator - verbal and written
- Excellent literacy and numeric skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
