We're looking for an experiencedBrunch & Lunch Chefto take the lead on our daytime service.
What You'll Do:Design and execute a standout brunch and lunch menu with flair and finesse.
Work closely with local suppliers to champion seasonal, sustainable ingredients.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and kitchen management.
Lead and inspire the kitchen team during daytime service.
Bring fresh ideas and collaborate on menu development.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an upscale or independent dining environment.
Strong understanding of brunch trends, healthy fare, and elevated classics.
Passion for creativity, plating, and customer satisfaction.
