This is such a cool gig seriously you will inherit a brilliant team in a seriously cool venue in West London. This is super iconic unique riverside 50 bedroom hotel on the river with a super events space, gorgeous orangery, high street café, 2 restaurants the main one Michelin star food without the price tag. All my client needs from you is a big leader, someone who wants to go out and about in the local community, and network you have a brilliant venue to shout about, this is such an easy gig for the right person. We need you to show up at drinks parties, the local rowing club, the local rugby club and literally just talk about how amazing your events Hotel is, which not rocket science! This will then in turn bring the business in to your brilliant events team who are brilliant gatherers but in you we need a hunter. This hotel is one of 4 and growing my client is a brilliant visionary- he is about to open a cookery school purely for the Head of culinary to create and trial new and exciting recipes for the restaurants within the hotelsthey are the ones leading the way and at a pivotal moment in their growth so this is an excellent time to be joining them.

As General Manager you would report directly into the COO and work closely with the owner, this is more like a Sales Director role but without the targets - as networking really is the main part of your role....
