We’re working with a Financial Planning firm based in state-of-the-art offices in Surrey, who are looking to appoint an Adviser Support Team Leader to manage and develop their growing administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in financial planning administration and team management, who is ready to take a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing business.Progression into an Operational or Practice Manager role is available with this company.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Adviser Support (administration) team made up of 4 people

Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth and efficient case progression. This includes conducting 1 to 1s, performance reviews, monitoring development and targets, and helping the team meet objectives

Autonomy to suggest improvements to internal processes

Act as the first point of escalation for any administrative issues or queries

Work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure excellent client outcomes

Role Requirements

Experience working in Financial Planning or Wealth Management in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong understanding of financial products, particularly pensions and investments
