Their service encompasses everything from creative design and product sourcing to seamless project delivery via trusted local installers.

The Role

As a BathroomDesign and Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to bring their dream bathrooms to life. This is a creative yet commercial role that demands both design sensibility and a strong sales drive. Youll be responsible for generating leads, designing innovative bathroom concepts, and guiding customers through the entire journey from inspiration to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive showroom and online sales through proactive client engagement and follow-up.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, managing the full design process from home visits to presenting tailored 3D visual designs and detailed quotes.

  • Create inspiring showroom displays and ensure the showroom is always immaculate and inviting.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and design innovations.

About You:
  • Minimum 1 years experience in bathroom sales and design is essential.

  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Virtual Worlds or similar.

  • Sales-oriented with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a warm, professional manner.

  • Creative, detail-focused and customer-centric, able to balance aesthetics with functionality.

  • Self-motivated and organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
