Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a maternity cover HR Business Partner on behalf of an award winning organisation based in the heart of Esher. We are looking for someone who is able to start immediately and can commit to a 6 month contract. My client offers hybrid working, however you must live within a commutable distance to Esher 3 days per week.

Duties:

  • Dealing with Employee Relation issues and advising/guiding managers on ER related matters
  • Support with day to day HR queries and administration alongside the HR Administrator
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees and contracts
  • Handling occupational health check and queries
  • Assist in employee engagement exercises

Experience

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or above
  • Experience handling employee relations and providing guidance
  • Organised and process drive
  • Must live locally to Esher and be able to start ASAP
