We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to overseea construction Project based in Esher, Surrey.The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the site, including supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to have have a strongknowledge on roofing, scaffolding and cladding and have experience working with Prestige clients, and a keen understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics
- Handle email correspondance between staff from the company, site client
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management and procurement
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the Roofing Sector, and proven experience working with Prestige clients.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality control systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in business processes and financial management
