What You'll Do:
- Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Create innovative and engaging lessons across Reception, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 that captivate and motivate students.
- Set High Standards: Maintain high expectations in the classroom to ensure pupils achieve their best possible outcomes.
- Foster Joyful Learning: Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are joyful, polite, and considerate.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with colleagues within the school and across the trust to enhance educational practices and share best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent certification.
- Experience: Teaching in Reception, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential.
- Engaging Educator: Ability to create and deliver effective lesson plans that engage and inspire students.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the current educational curriculum and teaching standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Professional Growth: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
