Job Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Project Manager to support the Housing Services team based in Esher, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across various housing projects to ensure successful delivery and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Liaise with partner agencies and stakeholders, including charities and landlords.
  • Assist the Housing Strategy and Enabling Manager in project delivery.
  • Manage project staff on an ad hoc basis.
  • Submit grant claims and activity data to government agencies.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues working on projects.
  • Develop, review, and deliver project documents.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A-Level standard, including GCSEs or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
  • Qualification in project management (desirable).
  • Significant experience in delivering high-quality face-to-face services to the public.
  • Experience in delivering support and advice to vulnerable groups, including refugees.
  • Knowledge of housing options and experience in providing housing advice.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of project management and delivery, particularly in housing or resettlement contexts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
