Full time Permanent Sous Chef x 3 required to join a large brigade of exciting chefs at a multi site operation.
You will work 5 out 7 days ( weekends and evenings will be included)Â the working week is 40 hours.
The role will see you support the Head Chef and Kitchen Management team, supervise the kitchen operations staff, produce high quality food in large volumes maintaining hygiene standards at all times. You will manage and support the team to ensure high standards of food are produced and dleivered in a timley and profressional manner.
