Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design management, site investigations, budgets, and programmes.
- Chair progress meetings and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure buildability, compliance, and safety through design reviews.
- Input into bids, identify risks, and support cost control and supply chain engagement.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong design and pre-construction management experience.
- Knowledge of NEC3 contracts, risk, programme, and cost control.
- Leadership skills to manage small engineering teams.
- Proven experience in drainage, utilities, and large diameter water infrastructure projects.
