gap personnel Gloucester, operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives, in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11).

You will be joining a business that is a leading name in the fresh produce industry, specialising in the sourcing and supply of fresh fruit to the UK market. They are proud to work with one of Britain's best-known retailers and other foodservice customers, delivering consistently great quality fresh fruit, whatever the time of year

Working as a Packing Line Operative has a variety of tasks such as:

Packing of singular and multiple products
Loading and unloading of containers
Grading, weighing and labelling of fruit
Palletising safely for despatch
Quality checks such as bruising and damage

The site operates 7 days a week running shift:

Monday to Sunday, 6am - 15:00PM

Back shift - Monday – Friday 4pm – 1am + weekends back shift starting at 3pm – midnight.

Night shift available - Monday - Thursday, 1am - 6am ( possibility to stay until 10am , to make hours up to have full 8 hours shift )

Pay Rates :

Basic rate - £12.21 p/h

Overtime after 40 hours : £15.26 p/h

Any hours completed after 22:00 paid at £13.43 p/h

The roles are ongoing temporary work with opportunities to go permanent with the client after completion of minimum 12 weeks of work.
