As a Customer Service Administrator, your key duties will include:

  • Processing a high volume of product orders using Sage 200
  • Handling invoices for all sales transactions
  • Ensuring prices and contracts are updated
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls to customers and suppliers
  • Communicating essential feedback from customers internally
  • Responding to and managing high volumes of emails

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Sage 200 or similar order processing systems
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
