Sous Chef (Senior) Luxury Wedding Venue Mon Fri*

A Sous Chefis required for a luxury wedding venue near Evesham. The food is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced and is of course fine dining. Majority of the weddings that are booked in are between Monday Friday.

This is not a hotel with wedding venue attached this is a stand alone wedding venue and no other which means you know exactly how many guests you are catering for weeks / months in advance. A really fun, warm and welcoming fully staffed kitchen!

£40,000 + Bonus

45 hours a week

Loads of downtime (25 hour weeks out of wedding season)

Prep shifts

Straight shifts

Part of a luxury wedding venue portfolio

State of the art, clean and organised kitchen

Meals provided

Uniform provided

Mixture of day shifts and late shifts

Finish no later than 9:30pm when on the late shift

The ideal Sous Chef will come from a fresh food background ideally from a hotel background. Due to the location of this venue you need to drive and have access to a car.
