- My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader on a permanent basis.
- This position involves a 4on/4off night shift from 1800 to 0600 and includes managing the nightshift warehouse team and customer returns.
- Candidates should have previous experience in a similar warehouse role, with a current FLT license and ideally experience in managing a small team.
- The pay rate for this role is £14.57 an hour, with an overtime rate of £17.48 an hour.
- Applicants should possess good communication skills and a commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
This is a 4on/4off Night shift, 1800 - 0600
The main responsibilities includes
- Manage the Nightshift Warehouse team
- Mange Customer returns
- Support with loading and unloading of deliveries
- Managing Agency staff on site, managing absences, etc.
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
- Current FLT license, ideally PPT is essential
- Experience of managing a small team would be ideal
- Good communication skills are essential
The pay-rate is £14.57 an hour with an overtime rate of £17.48 an hour
