17.48 Overtime for extra shifts in addition to your contracted shifts
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Team Leader located in Evesham. The role involves loading and despatching outbound Supermarket DC loads, consolidate products as required. Maintaining the flow of product in and out of the area as the days work dictates. This will be a chilled environment.
All tasks are to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner to ensure continuity of business for Fowler Welch and our customers.
Requirements
- FLT Experience - minimum PPT experience is essential
- Experience of working as a Warehouse Team Leader would be essential
- Experience of working in a Food background and / or Chilled background
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns in order to cover for absence
- Ability to motivate teams
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills
- PC Literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
