Your new role
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Checking prices and contracts are up-to-date.
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to and from customers and suppliers.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office. What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally experience in a customer service, sales or administrative function.
- Confidence in using the phone to contact customers and receive calls.
- Hard-working, resilient and focussed with a willingness to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service levels.
- Polite, courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
