Your new companyYou will be joining a dynamic, busy and successful business who supplies to the construction industry. This is for a permanent job working in their Evesham office, joining a friendly and helpful team.

Your new role

  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up-to-date.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
  • Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to and from customers and suppliers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office. What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally experience in a customer service, sales or administrative function.
  • Confidence in using the phone to contact customers and receive calls.
  • Hard-working, resilient and focussed with a willingness to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service levels.
  • Polite, courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
