A long-established, independent financial advice firm based in Evesham is seeking a rising star to join their team in the capacity of Trainee/ Junior Adviser. With c£200m AUA, a strong support team, and a focus on pensions, investments and estate planning the firm is now looking to appoint a Junior Financial Adviser.This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within an IFA environment—perhaps in a paraplanning, client services, or trainee adviser role—who is Level 4 qualified or working toward it, and now looking to step into a client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Managing Director in servicing new and existing client relationships

Gradually build and manage your own client bank

Conduct client meetings with increasing independence over time

Handle your own report writing and administration in the early stages

Use of Intelliflo and a centralised investment proposition

Office-based, working closely with a small team of experienced advisers and support staff
