A long-established, independent financial advice firm based in Evesham is seeking a rising star to join their team in the capacity of Trainee/ Junior Adviser. With c£200m AUA, a strong support team, and a focus on pensions, investments and estate planning the firm is now looking to appoint a Junior Financial Adviser.This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within an IFA environment—perhaps in a paraplanning, client services, or trainee adviser role—who is Level 4 qualified or working toward it, and now looking to step into a client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director in servicing new and existing client relationships

  • Gradually build and manage your own client bank

  • Conduct client meetings with increasing independence over time

  • Handle your own report writing and administration in the early stages

  • Use of Intelliflo and a centralised investment proposition

  • Office-based, working closely with a small team of experienced advisers and support staff
