Shift Pattern: Sat - Tues - 10hrs 7pm -5am OR Thurs - Sun - 10hrs 7pm -5am

The Role

You will have a proven track record in the management and leadership of a Food Hygiene team, linked to the needs and demands of a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will have a good understanding of BRC/HACCP/IOSH/COSHH, your awareness also of managing a team of hygiene operatives together with current Health & Safety legislation will also be crucial to your success in this strategically key role. You will have to communicate regularly to all levels of the organisation from shop floor through to director level, for the highest standards to be maintained. You will report directly into the operations manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior management level within this secure organisation.
