The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to a small class of mixed-ability pupils, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language needs. You’ll be working closely with support staff, SENCO, and parents to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.
Key responsibilities

Planning and delivering differentiated lessons

Supporting EHCP targets and preparing IEPs

Working collaboratively with the SEN team and other staff

Using adaptive teaching methods to support varied learning styles

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Â

Proven experience or strong interest in working with SEN pupils in a primary setting

Excellent classroom management and nurturing approach

Strong communication and collaboration skills
