About the Commercial Administrator job

The purpose of your role will be to provide essential support to the Commercial team, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of customer orders and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will handle early morning calls, process orders, and assist with reporting and general administration.

Key tasks

  • Answer phones promptly in the morning and process early customer orders.
  • Accurately input and manage customer orders in the system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Support the commercial team with order tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Maintain internal documents such as weekly sales reports.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and provide guidance on product availability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Potential future involvement with Kantar data analysis.

More details

The Commercial Administrator job (8990) is a permanent position with full training provided. Working hours are office-based, starting at 7:00 AM and finishing between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The role offers scope for progression, a supportive team environment, and development opportunities.

This is a site-based role and is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, and Tewkesbury.
