SF Executive are working on a retained basis with a private equity backed business in search of a Financial Controller to join their team in Exeter.
Reporting into the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing and developing the finance function and driving continuous process improvement to support business growth.
The successful Financial Controller will be a motivated, technically astute qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA) with strong people management and leadership skills. You will have the ability to work flexibly with the CFO and other senior managers within the business in order to collaboratively create value.
