Role Responsibilities

As part of the tax compliance team, you’ll be working with a broad client base including individuals, trusts, and partnerships. Your role will include:

  • Preparing and submitting tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
  • Ensuring tax compliance is met within budget and timeframes, following internal processes
  • Supporting tax planning efforts by identifying and helping mitigate tax risks
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting managers and partners on client work
  • Adhering to internal quality standards and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience working in a tax role within practice
  • ATT qualified or part-qualified, with a willingness to continue studying if applicable
  • Strong working knowledge of personal and trust tax returns
  • A detail-focused, accurate, and organised approach
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
  • A team-oriented mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and general office software (knowledge of tax software a plus)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
