They are now looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their growing finance team in their Exeter office.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to all types of electronic payments which include Telegraphic Transfers (CHAPS), BACS, Faster Payments and International payments
  • Inputting receipts from client account, including receipts for payments of our invoices
  • Downloading bank information for importing of Client monies
  • Dealing with general queries sent to the finance team
  • Assistance with monthly invoicing cycles

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in an administrative role and working in an office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels (written and verbal).
  • Competent with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and using data management systems.
  • Good level of basic education including Grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent).
