About the Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving commercial performance, and supporting the business in achieving its wider growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating the sales team to exceed targets
  • Creating and implementing a focused, results-driven sales strategy
  • Building and maintaining key client relationships across the UK and overseas
  • Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align strategy
